PAYMENT SECURITY:

SECpay Ltd is a secure online real-time payment service provider supporting all major credit and debit cards and is used by more than 3000 British companies. Your confidential credit card information is never seen or held by Pyramid Printer Supplies. We will under no circumstances share any of your information with any third party other than SECpay as described above.

We accept all major credit cards. For orders placed by telephone we accept payment by cheque or postal order but goods will only be despatched on receipt of payment.
Your order with Pyramid Printer Supplies must be delivered to your registered billing address – the address where your card statements are sent. This is a security measure designed to combat fraud and protect your card from abuse by a third party.
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
Upon receiving your order, confirmation will be sent via email of the items ordered together with the price. When the order is despatched an invoice will be sent with your goods.
TAX CHARGES:
All our prices include VAT and this will be shown separately on your invoice.
GUARANTEE:
All our products are 100% guaranteed against failure due to design faults, material or workmanship for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the faulty goods or refund of the full purchase price. Pyramid Printer Supplies cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused by incorrect installation or handling, inappropriate or incorrect use or misuse in any way or the use of the goods under adverse circumstances.
RETURNS POLICY:
If you experience any problems with any of our goods please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a refund, replacement or exchange to suit your requirements. All postage costs for the return of goods are your responsibility. However, if the goods are found to be faulty or the incorrect item has been sent we will then reimburse your postage costs. All faulty goods must be returned to us. We recommend that you obtain the free of charge Proof of Posting from the Post Office when returning your goods.
STOCK AVAILABILITY:
Our product range consists of 1000’s of items, most of which are available for immediate despatch. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is not available, we will part ship your order and contact you by email. You will be able to cancel the item, to order a different item or wait for the unavailable item to follow.
STATUTORY RIGHTS:
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
